English Boxing is a fitness class that helps develop physical abilities, improve fitness and increase self-confidence. This class offers a variety of different movements ranging from punches to blocking and defensive movements. Participants will become familiar with the basics of English boxing, as well as endurance and coordination exercises. Emphasis is placed on improving technical and mental skills, as well as learning the principles of English boxing and self-defence. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced fighters and offers a complete fitness session, rich in learning and entertainment.
