Aqua Body Strong is a fitness class that combines aquatic equipment training with high-intensity exercises to give its participants a full and enjoyable workout. The class includes Pilates and Yoga movements, as resistance and cardio exercises, all done using aquatic equipment such as buoys, noodles, fins and water balloons. The movements are designed to tone and strengthen muscles while providing a fun and relaxing workout session. Participants will work at their own pace and level, and the movements can be modified to their convenience.
