Free Pump is a fitness class offered at our club. It combines exercises for the upper and lower body, as well as cardiovascular movements, to make your workout more fun and effective. The exercises are based on a variety of weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements to help you reach your fitness goals. The class is an introduction to BodyPump and is designed to accommodate all levels, from beginner to advanced.
