LesMills BodyPump is a group exercise class that combines: the use of weights and cardio movements. Participants use their body weight and light weights to perform squats, presses, pull-ups and more. The movements are accompanied by motivating music and all of it is led by a coach. LesMills BodyPump is designed to provide an intense cardiovascular workout and to build muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.
